2009-10: Cross Country: Placed 59th at the MSSU Stampede, covering the 8k course in 25:29.64... was Honorable Mention All-MIAA with 11th place at the conference championships, helping the Lions to their 8th championship in ten years... gained All-Regional honors with an 11th place finish (31:53.52) over the 10k course at the South Central Regional Championships held in Abeliene, TX, helping the Lions to their 2nd championship in three years and gaining a birth to the NCAA DII National Championships... at the NCAA DII National Championship held in Evansville, IN, placed 131st to help the Lions to an 11th place team finish.; Indoor: At the New Mexico Classic, held at altitude, ran 1:54.89 in the 800m run and 4:19.79 in the mile... broke the school record at the U of A Tyson Invite as the 800m leg of the DMR team, finishing in 9:51.92, gaining an automatic birth to the NCAA DII National Championship held in Albuquerque, NM... at the MIAA Championships placed 4th in the mile with a provisional and season best time of 4:14.20. 2008-09: Cross Country: At the MSSU Stampede placed 14th in the 8k race running 25:54.4... was Honorable Mention All-MIAA placing 13th at the conference championships... in San Antonio, TX helped the Lions qualify for the NCAA DII National Championships in Slippery Rock, PA by placing 14th to gain All-South Central Regional honors, covering the 10k course in 32:11... at the NCAA DII Championships was the 2nd runner for the Lions, helping them place 22nd overall on the snow covered 10k course.; Indoor: Ran 4:14.85 in the mile run at the U of A Razorback Invite, placing 3rd and narrowly missing a provisional mark... won the 800m run at the MSSU Radioshack Invite in 1:56.60... ran a season best and provisional qualifying mark of 4:11.76 in the mile run at the U of A Tyson Invite, placing 11th... at the MIAA Championship placed 4th in the mile run (4:16.27), 4th in the 800m run (1:56.23), and was part of the 3rd place All-MIAA DMR team.; Outdoor: Did not compete.
