Prior To Southern - Thomas played the past two seasons at RCC where he was an All-Conference pick as a linebacker his freshman season and was named first-team All-Conference this past season as a defensive back. He recorded 75 tackles and added four interceptions. 

High School - Thomas prepped at Wolfson High School in Jacksonville where he was a two year starter and also was on the track and field team. As a senior, he led the team with 90 tackles and was named the Defensive MVP. He also was a two-time state qualifier in the 4x100m relay.

Personal - The son of Fertanzy Brown and Latonya Thomas, Thomas plans to major in physical therapy at Southern.
