Prior to Southern - A native of Destrehan, Louisiana, Nora started in 11 games as a true freshman at Nicholls in 2009. That season he had 12 tackles, seven solo, including 2.5 for a loss of ten yards. He will be a junior at Southern after sitting out the past two seasons. 

High School - Nora helped Destrehan High School to back-to-back state championships. He was part of one of the best defensive lines in the state, helping the team to a 29-0 record over two seasons and played in the Bayou Bowl as a senior. He recorded 63 tackles that season with nine coming for a loss and eight sacks.

Presonal - The son of Brennan and Patrice Nora, Brennan is an education major at Southern.
