2012- Lepper enters his junior year looking to establish himself as one of the main offensive weapons of the Lions offense.
2011- An All-MIAA honorable mention, Lepper played in all 10 games catching 20 passes for 181 yards and a touchdown. His receiving yardage total was good enough for fourth on the team.
2010 - Lepper played 11 games at tight end for MSSU in 2010. Late in the year he became a safety blanket for his quarterbacks and ended up puling in seven passes for 58 yards.

Lepper was a first-team All-Conference, All-District, All-Area and All-State selection at defensive end this year, helping the Cardinals to a Missouri State Championship ... He was also named first-team All-Conference at tight end and first-team Academic All-State ... As a junior in 2007, Lepper was second team All-Conference and All-District selection as both a tight end and defensive lineman .. Lepper was also a first-team All-Conference, All-Area and All-District, as well as second-team All-State selection in baseball in 2008.
