2011- Appearing in all 10 of the Lions' games as a junior, Horsley finished the 2011 campaign with 21 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions and 1 pass break up.  Had 2 tackles for a loss of 7 yards vs. Lincoln.

2010 - Finished the 2010 campaign with 26 tackles in 10 games as a part of Southern’s defensive backfield. Also had an interception against Emporia State.

 2009 – Sat out the season with a redshirt.

In High School: Horsley played for coach Ronnie Melton at Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Texas ... A first-team All-District performer at defensive back, Horsley was also a regional qualifier in the 110 meter high hurdles for the track team at Atlanta HS ... teammate of Demon Haire at Atlanta High School.
