2009 – The Lions’ top defender in 2009, Bratlzler started in all ten games at middle linebacker, taking over for pre-season All-American Jared Brawner after Brawner went down with an injury in game two … Was an honorable mention All-MIAA selection … had 94 tackles, including 41 solo stops and 53 assisted … had three tackles for a loss of eight yards, including one pass breakup, three quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles … had his best game of the season with 15 tackles at Missouri Western.

In 2008: Had a productive sophomore campaign with 48 tackles and 15 solo stops in 10 games … recorded season-high 10 tackles vs. Missouri Western in week nine … also had nine tackles and a sack for a 14-yard loss in week six against Washburn.

In 2007: Bratzler played in all 11 games, recording eight tackles … was a starter on the special teams unit.

In high school: A three-year starter at linebacker for coach Pat McGrew at Bixby High School in Bixby, Okla. … set a school record with 194 tackles in his senior campaign … also a two-year starter at power forward for the basketball team at Bixby.
