2011 - Baxter sterted in 45 games for the Lions ... he hit .285 with 43 hits, eight doubles and a home run, driving in 29 in the process ... He had 12 multiple hit games, including three hits against Truman on March 19 ... he also had three runs scored in games against Arkansas Tech and College of the Ozarks, while driving in a season-high three runs in a game against Northwest Missouri on March 11. 

At Park University - Baxter played in only five games with 11 at bats ... he had a .273 average with three hits, five runs scored and four RBIs. 

At Fort Scott CC - helped the team to a pair of regional tournament appearances…Was a Second-Team All-Jayhawk Conference performer and was an NJCAA Academic All-American for head coach John Hill.

In High School - Played high school baseball at Bishop Miege High School in Roeland Park, Kan., for head coach Tim Kennedy…Team won three district championships and earned a fourth-place finish in Kansas Class 5-A…Was a three-year All-EKL performer and participated in the Kansas City Metro All-Star Game…Also earned the presidential service award at Bishop Miege.
